7,500 miles on a PCX is not much, and it fact it should now be running at it's best. Keep in mind that if it is the original belt, which it probably is, you will lose a few mph off of your top end just because these are belt drive machines. Nothing to worry about if you are not wanting the bike for freeway riding though. It just means that instead of a top end of 64 - 65 mph, it will now top out at 62 mph. (Mine does 75 mph just because I did some mods on it, but that isn't the norm.)
Once it arrives at your home, check the oil just to be certain that it was changed, check the gas to see how full it is, add some Seafoam, and ride. Without a taller windshield you will be a wall for the wind to hit, but otherwise you should be surprised at how easy it is to ride. Enjoy it. It is a fun bike, and that is what we buy them for.
