Nothing to pick between them in terms of quality.
Buy the one you like best.
When I had a white PCX I fitted a white topped Givi E300B to match but they have been discontinued.
If I was shopping today, I would buy one of these

I have a Shad. It stays put and keeps things dry. I bought it because I thought it looked cooler than the Givi.

Between the two, get whatever you want - hard to go wrong - just make sure you get the correct mounting plate - the Honda one will not work (learned that one the hard way..)

Good luck on your topbox searches...

I've had a few Shad boxes now and prefer them to Givi.

These are both high-quality options.

If they're both easy for you to get, I would flip a coin
and move on to the challenge of deciding which model you'd like best.

I used SHAD 29. It's big enough to hold my XXL modular helmet and riding gloves. Or a bag of grocery.

My opinion, don't get the Shad if you like quality motorcycle accessories. I would get ahold of "TourandRide.com" and look into a 'Kappa' Topcase. Same as a Givi, but does not cost near as much. I have a Kappa 35L and have had in on 4 different motorcycles. I have to order a Givi mount for PCX to mount it again. I have the Hondaline trunk and mount now. That trunk is the cheapest trunk I've ever had. It came with the scoot so I'm glad I didn't buy it.
2013 PCX150, GIVI tall w/s, Hondaline topcase, Tusk 15mm handlebar risers, NCY Variator, NCY Drive Face, NCY 13gram rollers. (I put a brand new Honda OEM belt on), R- Michelin City Grip, Front- Michelin City Grip, 10w30 syn with 2oz of MotorKote, GrabOn grip covers.

2013 Honda CRF250L
2-2005 Honda Metropolitan's,
I have always had big displacement road bikes. I'm now into the "small revolution."
I just need one more 2 wheeler!!

I believe Honda topcases are manufactured by Shad.

It's a scooter, not a motorcycle. Gee. Unless it is super nice, (like a PCX :-), then there isn't much more to be said for it. Now the PCX and Forza are like motorcycles. That is what makes them special....but I am biased.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers

Are you replying to the Tron-alike commercial or the one with Grace Jones or both?

Just curious, since they're both excessively macho (for a scooter, anyway).
