If you can get cables and a brake line, the rest should be easy.

Apehangers on a scoot would be hilarious...better if you got a gorilla suit to match.

A friend of mine (6,2) has changed his bars on his earlier PCX for some cross bars with a riser. He had to lengthen the brake lines, but the rest of the cables had enough slack to accommodate. He loved the feeling, but did not replicate the changes when he bought the new 2015 model - "Too much hassle" he said.
