2019 Forza 300 Fork Springs

Post by Mark2260 »

Hi, Does any one know the spring length, internal and external diameter and wire thickness please?.
Ive just looked in the parts catalogue for the older Forza 300 and it seems to share the same part number as a CRF250?, I would like to find an alternative to the OEM ones which are to soft, but cant find this info and what the spring rate is.
Thanks
Mark

My local Honda shop had a guy put a plastic? spacer in my forks. Heavier oil was also added.

I suspect Honda Thailand never put any oil in while making my very early 2014 Forza 300.

They made a big improvement.

Ah, he upped the preload a bit then, was going to try the YSS emulators with silkoline 15w oil and a small spacer as I cant find much else.
I did read a bit on Bitubu springs that said there upgrade kit was based on a rider weight of about 85kg.

I will carry on looking, I want 1 thousand miles on it before I switch just to bed everything in.
