I bought mine at 31. 32 now. Would love a motorcycle also, but scooter has to be primary mode of transport. Simple to use stores lots under seat, cheap as chips to run. Ideal garage would contain Yamaha xmax 300 and a triumph speed triple. With fuel prices so high here in the uk, I cannot justify the cost of going out for the day on a 1000cc sports bike. But a Small capacity scoot I can no probs

The math doesn't add up. Did you mean 1964 instead of 1974, or age 48 instead of 58 in 2013?
2010 Honda PCX 125 in Thailand (White) - "White Lightning" Sold in Sept 2017 :(
2009 Yamaha Majesty YP400 in USA (Metalic Titanium) - "The Throne" Sold in June 2020 :(

He's right for if you were 58 in 2013 that means you were born in 1955. But if you are 10 in 1974 that means you were born in 1964. I think someone is confused.

I started riding scooters around 2004, when I was 25 years old, although I used to ride motorcycles before, but they are not as comfortable as a scooter.
My first scooter was a few years little Suzuki Sepia 50cc, then 5 years did not drive two-wheeled vehicles. Then I decided to try again and to start I bought a little scooter 50 CC of local production based on the Chinese developments brand Hors, but under my age he was already very small and wanted to buy a PCX and last year I Honda.

I am sure you have found that your Honda is a much better scooter than the Chinese brands, especially if the Chinese scooters here in the United States are any indication of their world wide quality. Honda may have their problems but overall their quality is much better than most competitors.

Honda PCX-the best scooter 150cc and can provide reliability and technical innovations in use. But in Belarus, the PCX is a very rare scooter, the second such I have not seen.

27 years old. Prior to that i'd never ridden a motorized 2 wheel auto. Was having major health issues that didn't allow me to drive a car (seizures, brain tumor, eventual surgery), but strangely i could ride a 50cc scooter legally and only risk killing myself! Rode my 2008 Yamaha Zuma until 2015 When I traded it in and upgraded to my PCX150.

41, I got my Elite in January and my pcx last Friday. I had a Yamaha tw200 for a short time in 2009-2010 but had to sell it. I’m short so I only considered bikes with short seat heights. Scooters are perfect, short and no shifting. Someday I might look into the Honda NC 750X (preferably the 750S if it ever get here). But that’s for another thread.

If we are talking motorcycles and scooters here I started back in 1970.

If we are talking just scooters (as I've mentioned before) then it was just a few years ago. . . 2015.

FWIW I think that there is much more competition for space on the roads now. And the high profile vehicles are numerous.
