Thanks that is my main problem. The commute is through construction works and the traffic flow is at 45 mph for approx 30 mins.

Hello everyone, I have recently purchased a new Honda Forza 125 and am delighted with it. I am a little unsure about engine break in though as I have read not to run it at the same revs/speed for too long while new. I have put 70 easy miles on it through local riding, but now need to start commuting...
