Recognize these roller weights?

Pulled apart the CVT today to install a new belt, and grease the clutch bearing. Was surprised to see these roller weights as they don't look OEM from what I've seen.
Any ideas?

After my last post I went for a ride and bought full synthetic 10w40, a new NGK CPR7-EA, and a fuse tester with 5a, 10a, 25a fuses. No one local has the right battery in stock.
