Re: Can someone reccomend a decent outdoor cover please?
I got this one: http://www.harborfreight.com/400-lb-receiver-mount-motorcycle-carrier-99721.html It's a good carrier, the pcx fits nicely. It only has one minor problem... The knobs are plastic. Two of them broke the first time i used it. They are easily replaced with better knobs from the hardware ...

Re: Got my first and new scooter! PCX150!
I believe i found the problem. I found my receipt from my last oil change and they put GN4 10w40 in it! I just ordered HP4M 10w30 and will have it changed by end of next week hopefully, so we'll see then. Well, 2000 miles since i changed to proper oil and my mileage has gone down to 79mpg. WTF DID ...

Re: Average fuel per bar?
The trip meter is your best bet on this bike. The fuel gauge is definitely not linear. However, most people seem to be having the same experience... First bar lasts awhile then the rest drop off increasingly quicker.

The dealer should be able to get one for ya, or get one online from helminc.com

Re: Servicing
Get the service manual. Services on the pcx are easy, a bit time consuming though.

Re: Reserve 1 Gallon Gas Can?
Also, has anyone ran the tank all the way down to empty (ran out of gas)? Then fueled up. Does this harm anything? From the other forum... Ran my PCX150 empty. I holds 1.639 gallonsUS/ 6.2 liters full to the brim. Coasted onto the side street under a handy street light and poured in a bottle worth ...

In the USA, or "colonies" as some would say 8) , the warranty is good regardless of whether the dealer does the service or not. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get the service manual. You can get it for $40 from the dealer or online at helminc.com. You can also get it cheaper from other sourc...

Re: She's arrived
Tire prices and tire wear vary widely, that's why i mentioned a 15% margin of error. I would even say 25%. I think any way you look at it pcx tires cost significantly more than car tires.

Another way to compare would be to simply say for every 10k miles you pay $147 for pcx tires while you only pay $85 for car tires.

Re: She's arrived
yes the tires wear out faster than on a car I was having a think about this one the other day. Typically car tyres last longer but cost more so overall the cost may not be too dissimilar? Lets figure it out shall we... As for the pcx, i'll asume 5k miles for the rear tire and 10k miles for the fron...

Re: Introducing me and my125 esp2012/13 PCX problems ;)
I decided to call the dealer to see if they would admit to doing anything to the bike but no luck. They swear all they did was change the oil. I have no idea what to do now. I wonder if the ECU was messed with?
