Re: Dashboard resetting + stalling
+1 for bad electrical connection, start from battery and work your way through all fuses, disconnect and reconnect both battery connections and take out and put back in all fuses... If your engine dies due to fuel or any other reason your dashboard is unaffected, this is due to power not reaching th...

Re: 2014 Forza 300 Malossi race belt?
Malossi is a very reputable aftermarket supplier, I have no personal experience with them, but many people have given positive reviews about their products. I have no doubt their Kevlar belt is just as good if not better than Honda OEM...! I actually like to buy their CVT kit , clutch and belt, but ...

Re: Need help replacing the entire Headlight cluster
This is all very good and exciting, but if the new , bigger, Forza is going to be priced like X-Adv or Integra and in the same league as NC750, then the story ends there..., here in Thailand those are very very expensive and way out of most people's budget..., not that but more than price someone is...

Re: Chinese Belt broke big time
Glad it all worked out for you, I tell you the story of belt breaking on me in Thailand, to see the difference... I had an old rented Yamaha Mio 125cc scooter to run around and one night in a kind of small highway at around 80 or 90kph the belt snapped, the worst feeling is you keep turning the thro...

Re: Fuel reserve/range gauge
Thanks for comparison with Integra, I always thought that was a much better bike with bigger wheels and more power ... As for wing mirrors, one option is to just buy pair of new or used CB500X mirrors, straight swap , very similar but they extend out more, check accessories thread for photos.... As ...

Re: One Year Living with the Honda Forza 2018: the Bottom Li
You have a superbike Dave...! lol There clutch shoes and bell are sensitive to extreme heat, lots of traffic riding or fast riding in hot weather, anything that causes very hot temperature in that part of CVT, it could be slow riding or fast riding, doesn't matter..., not much of a problem in cold C...

Re: New Forza 350
Can't have everything, more power, more underseat space, no wide mirrors...!!! And not expensive....lol But recently I have been hanging my racksack off the handlebar, put two shoulder straps all the way around handlebars and let it rest on the fuel tank, no issue riding on my old model Forza 2016.....

Re: Can a Honda Forza 300 engine break?
You probably get away with it occasionally, but on regular basis, not a good idea. If you have to slow down to 30 or 20km to go around tight bends the CVT disengages. I have been up and down a lot of hills , but not that extreme and only 10-15min continuous down hill only... NC750x with DCT is a bet...

It does not work, been tried before, the lip of seat end will hit the gas tank lead or the top of that area and can't go further...., so I've been told.

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
So comparing Dr. Pulley 17g and 19g what differences do you get, I assume with 17g get more acceleration at lower speeds but loose some top speed...!? ( This is true for standard rollers , so I wonder if the same on Dr. Pulley...). No need to mention fuel consumption, this does not really matter to ...

Re: How is the Forza on unpaved roads?
Small wheels not happy on potholes, but smooth gravel surface no problem... I have been on 10 or so kilometers of unpaved road last year with that red clay - no idea why they use that red clay here in Thailand, and it was fine, except the whole underside of the bike turned to red color, pain to clea...

Re: Front Wheel Wobble
The new models had this issue and Honda fixed them under warranty I think..., bad OEM tires or something like that...springer1 wrote: Sounds odd but it’s true. Sometimes an issue felt as “front wheel / tire” is actually caused by something associated in the rear tire / wheel / suspension.
