Re: Crazy sale on City Grip 120 70 14
I use 150 70 13 for my rear Forza. I have the Pirelli Diablo on, I prefer stock size 140 70 13, I think the smaller size makes the bike feel more agile. However the only tires that are offered in that size is the Pirelli Angel which I think is way too stiff of a tire and the Dunlop Smartscoot which...

Re: Crazy sale on City Grip 120 70 14
Ok, I’m confusing everyone. City Grips don’t come in the OEM spec’d size for Forza 300. I’m wondering what size would be the best fit in City Grip that would still work? I think I found it anyway, 150/70 13, which they don’t have in this sale. Bummer.

Re: Crazy sale on City Grip 120 70 14
I know what the OEM specs are, I was unclear in asking what size Michelin city grips people usually put on the Forza 300? The closest size was 170/60 13.mymitzi wrote:Thanks 87112 Rear tire is 140/70/13 $9.95 shipping if you spend under $100;.00

Re: Forza 300
Is there a how to on greasing the brakes? I’d like to at least see the process to make it a bit easier to do. What grease is recommended?

Re: Crazy sale on City Grip 120 70 14
Great deal! I can’t remember what size is works with the Forza 300 from Michelin for the rear? Is it 140/60 13? Mine is getting down there and front we’ll, soon enough.

Re: Phone Mount
I have a holster clip for my phone case and here is what I did to mount to my bike. The holster clips into the 3 zip ties going L to R and I will cinch down just tight enough so that I can remove my holster if needed. I don’t use it for my phone otherwise, so it stays on the bike. It’s rock solid an...

Re: Longest lasting rest tire?
Xmax 300 can also come with MCG as standard fitment. Mine did and has around 5000 miles on it. Judging by remaining tread depth, the MCG looks like its got another 5000 miles in it. If it was a ScootSmart it would be new tyre time. (I did over 30,000 miles on ScootSmarts with a Forza 300) How often...

Re: I couldn't do it
You can avoid highways with Google maps, but that is about it. I messed around with the website version, and it is really quite good, with lots of check boxes to tailor the kind of ride you want to take. I need to see how it will do planning a loop. Definitely worth a bookmark. Thanks Gangly! Apple...

Re: Sta-Bil and fuel economy
I definitely see a drop in fuel economy when it gets cold. I'm not sure that the Sta-bil has a detrimental effect (a half ounce doses the '13 PCX tank - hard to believe it could have THAT significant an effect), but one never knows. You can see on my fuelly history that I get my best mileage in the...

Re: Will the Price of Gasoline/Oil Products Rise?
Where I live doesn't even have the cheapest prices on gas. Imagine 30 cents per gallon less and you will be close to the cheapest prices. Heck, even within a mile or two of my house we have seen prices that are 10 cents a gallon cheaper. For those of you who are not familiar with the word "cen...

Re: Ideas for riding in cool weather, and looking good?
Look on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. There is always someone looking to get out of riding and you can find plenty of reasonable if not dirt cheap nice stuff. I’ve done it 2x already and finally picked up the tour master 3 layer jacket that works perfect for all seasons. Don’t skimp on NOT buy...

Re: MPG: Getting around 90
Reading on this forum about folks that get 115 mpg or similar numbers, made me wonder about how those PCX's are being ridden. I've had my PCX150 for about 2 months now, and have 800 miles on the odometer. Although I live in a small city, I am close to the "edge" of that city and most of m...

Found out it was the red panel. I took it off and added electrical tape to the back side where it was making contact with the windscreen. No more creaking.

Givi D1123ST. I took off the decorative panel and put electrical tape on the backside of it where it contacted the windscreen because it was creaking. No more noise.

Re: Creaking windshield??
I know this is a Forza subject but my PCX use to creak once I installed the Tall Givi windshield. I found that the rubber washers that are on both sides of the install bolts had worn out. I bought a small sheet of gasket material and made some replacements. No more creaking. Make sure that you DO N...

Re: Looking to buy a 2015 Honda Forza w/ ABS
Thanks for the tip. I ended up getting it for $2500 and it is in like new condition. It ended up being purchased new in Sept 2017. I changed all the fluids and put a windshield on and riding in style now.
