Re: PCX 125 30 Liter Trunk Box

Then I remembered that Rubbermaid makes these tough, waterproof, lockable storage boxes and tried to figure out how to mount it to the scooter. And finally I purchased the 8 gallon "Action Packer" from my local REI for $24: http://www.rei.com/product/634286/rubbermaid-action-packer-8-gal ...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen

I wear a full face helmet with visor, so I'm not really worried about the wind at this point. I just want to protect my chest area from getting drilled with huge Idaho bugs as well as the occasional road trash. :)

Re: powerbypcx seats?

So, you swapped out the original stock seat. You like this one much better? ("no problems" doesn't sound like you're thrilled!?) (Oh, I also see "it's a heck of a lot more comfortable") Why did you pick this one of the various types? Thanks! I really like the seat. I don't feel ...

Re: powerbypcx seats?

I purchased a seat from powerbypcx.com, here is the tread with picutres that I posted. Have been using the new seat since then with no problems. I am impressed by the quality of it.

I've been purchasing the Premium Exxon gas. Probably don't need to spend the extra, but oh well.

I think he's talking about these, but sold in the US, so you don't get bent over the table for shipping.

Re: New saddlebags

I have the contact details for the manufacturer of those side boxes if anyone wants it. I decided not to pursue as he told me the lid is too small to fit a laptop thru and the price plus postage is very high. I just squeeze my laptop under the seat and use my open rack for non valuable items. What'...

Re: New saddlebags

After moving the straps a bit forward, was able to get the seat to latch. The tail bag also arrived today, which completes the set. Still have some maneuvering to do to take up some slack between the side bags, but over all, looks good. http://i.imgur.com/CHhM8.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZKF45.jpg http:...

Re: Givi D322ST windshield

New windshield finally arrived and I installed it today following Maddiedog's EXCELLENT instructions. The hardest part was getting the bike into the house so I could work on it where it was warm. After it was installed I went for a ride but it was so windy I couldn't really tell how much of a diffe...
