Re: cheeky seats
I've had mine on since I got the scoot last summer. It took a week or so for the wrinkles to come out. I love the cover, but find that I can still feel the "hump" mounts. It's not bad, and it actually gives me a reference point on how far back to sit, but it's definitely there. I'm toying ...

Re: New pcx owner from u.k.
What I do is to compose my reply in a text editor (e..g., Notepad in Windows or DroidEdit) and then copy/paste it in to the reply box here. That avoids the whole time-out problem.

You were. Which isn't Starbucks' fault. To borrow from one of my high-school teachers (many, many years ago): "Always remember that the world has a lot more horse's backsides than it has horses.".It was like I was talking to an idiot.

Re: Spare Key for PCX>
Ebay want to charge 40.00 Might as well buy ignition set with new keys The problem with that is that you have to strip the tupperware to install it. I bought my PCX used with only one key. Like you, I found that the blanks are all but unobtainable. I ended up getting a blank from the UK via Ebay an...

Re: Idle Stop
"pet carrier" is the underseat storage area. Apparently at some time in the past Vespa had a warning sticker that the storage was not to be used for carrying pets (WTF? Would anybody be dumb enough to do that that they need a warning?). On the Modern Vespa forum, some sarcastic people star...
