Re: Ambient Temperature gauge

I'll mount this: https://it.aliexpress.com/item/3-in-1-D ... 0.0.6FxcEg
In the right box under a plexiglas with a button near the grip for the choice of displayed info.
Cheap and great!!!
Ciao, Luca.

Thanks, carissimo.
Do you think that the use of DLC ground doesn't create problem to the electronic on board?
That's a simple ground or not?
Bye, Luca.

Sorry, the ground will be the G/Bk of DLC but the 12V will be the R/Bu of ACC. Is it right?
What's the G/R wire?
Thanks and bye, Luca

Re: Oxford Premium Touring heated grips

Yes, the Green/Black wire (part of the red-capped diagnostic plug) IS a ground wire. Just remove that red cap and connect your grips' ground wire right there. I can't remember of any 'metal' in the area. Thanks. Is this the red-capped diagnostic plug? http://img3.fotoalbum.virgilio.it/v/www1-5/221/...

Re: Oxford Premium Touring heated grips

Great help!!! Thanks!!! However i am convinced to connect directly the Oxford positive (with the Oxford fuse) at the Honda 5A Accessory Socket fuse. I'll not use relay... The kit relay is only for NC750 and my fuses are different: http://img4.fotoalbum.virgilio.it/v/www1-6/221/221181/806304/20170122...

Re: Oxford Premium Touring heated grips

Perhaps Luka is talking about the accessory plug for the alarm. This one is under the windscreen. The other socket permits only 1A if i recall well the socket for the phone etc i mean. Yes, i talk about the 5A fuse called ACC relative at the accessory plug for the Original Honda Alarm or the Origin...

Re: Oxford Premium Touring heated grips

Thanks for all!!!
Today i tested the 5A fuse and i discovered that it's under the key.
So I can connect directly my grips.
Now the problem is the passage of the cable to the box.
I hope to succeed it!!!
Thanks and bye, Luca.

+1 on grinding off the little plastic ridges, as Glencoeman said. They are a pain and you don't need them. Yes, done!!! http://img4.fotoalbum.virgilio.it/v/www1-6/221/221181/806304/20170119_114127_resized-vi.jpg All is ok, now. http://img4.fotoalbum.virgilio.it/v/www1-6/221/221181/806304/20170119_1...
