Re: Most Ingenious Way to Carry a . . .
Oh yeah. . .the people who rely on scoots for their living or it "is" the family car so-to-speak really set the bar on what you can do with what you have. I've seen pics of people carrying livestock, 5 or 6 family members, multiple sacks of whatever, couches, multiple cages of ducks, you n...

Now that's what I'm talkin about. . .instead of carrying the boat on the scooter. . .the scooter is the boat!

Re: A fresh start
I see that you are trusting it on the center stand. I rarely use mine just as a precaution. White is indeed a good color for the PCX and I would definitely choose that before a grey or titanium kind of color that would blend into traffic and be less visible. That being said what's wrong with using ...

Most Ingenious Way to Carry a . . .
Scooters are known for their utility and usefulness to carry all kinds of things. If you observe what people do around the world with them it is truly awesome. I just wondered if any PCX riders out there have ever carried some kind of "off the wall" thing that you just wouldn't expect to s...

Re: Tire issue ? or Not ? Question
"scoot weaves left and right slightly like it's starting to do a tank slapper".. Yep..That's it! I dunno. . .I don't own a PCX yet. . .I'm on cue with the rest of the wannabe owners. . .but is your combined braking system working OK? Any air in the line? Steering head bearing tight enough...

Re: Weather/Wind Protection with Stock Windscreen & Front Co
Well you may FEEL like the tall windshield is not a necessity, but when the wind is cutting through you like a knife, and you can't feel your fingers, you NEED one. You forgot about the nose icing. . . My current scooter has nothing extra for weather protection so I just grin and bear it. I a...

Re: Weather/Wind Protection with Stock Windscreen & Front Co
I've ridden in snow but have to say you've got me beat. That pic say's it all. . .and quite a story. Did you have to cross any train tracks? Those can be really dangerous in bad weather if you don't approach them straight on (not at an angle). You should print that pic and frame it. ;) Nice BMW. Did...

Re: Get it now while you can (USA) ??
Yup, the AMA can't understand why a government agency would pull two totally non-related industries into an international trade dispute. What to bikes have to do with beef right? I think a dispute involving BBQ sauce and condiments would be more fitting. And another thing. . .the AMA is trying...

Kent is in the South of England. . .not too far from the Channel right? It must get cool there sometimes judging by your collection of cold weather gear. Lever covers and muffs. . .wow! ![Geek :geek:](./images/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif)

Welcome to you also Ed. . .and I'm a newer member as well! I'm also expecting to buy a PCX 150 this year and my time frame puts me on track when the 2018 models may be available so I'm going to have to decide to go with a leftover 2017 and try to save a few bucks or just live it up and get the 2018....

Re: Get it now while you can (USA) ??
Hey. . .read this from the AMA. As part of a trade battle over hormones in U.S. beef, a federal agency is trying to tack a 100 percent or higher tariff on motorcycles made in Europe. The Office of United States Trade Representative requested comments on Dec. 28 regarding its proposal to include tari...

It's not just the price of the Forza. . .it's the extra (400+ lbs.) of weight as well. If it's going to be your only ride and you need a highway machine then for what you get compared to the Burgman 200 it's worth a look. But if you just need an "around town or city" machine the PCX probab...

Those side visors look interesting. They look like they wouldn't be too difficult to install either. A coating of Armor All or Turtle Wax F21 Super Protectant and they'd be showroom quality. ![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Weather/Wind Protection with Stock Windscreen & Front Cover
I just did a search and it came up with a ton of results that weren't exactly what I was looking for. So to cut to the chase does anybody have any comments (good or not so good) about the wind and weather protection with the stock windscreen and front cover. Does the PCX keep cold air off your legs ...

Re: Idle Stop
It's good that you are aware of the battery life situation. . .especially if you don't get to ride it all the time on a longer distance that would charge it up more. I'm glad that you pointed out that fact for other PCX owners who also have the idle stop feature. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. . ....
