Always exciting to hear about someone getting a new PCX!
Have good times on it and you'll appreciate that vast amount of under seat stowage capacity. . .not to mention the outstanding fuel economy.![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Re: Do you use the foot wells?
While you are riding, use the newly added foot rests. Try to determine if they get in the way when you come to a stop. Try to determine if you have ANY problems with them. If it were me I'd have some concerns about cornering clearance. . .especially under certain conditions where there are elevatio...

Re: Newbie: Am I Getting a Good Price on my First Scooter?
OTD for 4 is about what I paid for my 2017 last year. And it was a new one out of a crate. I didn't have to take the floor model. I didn't buy any extras as far as extended warranty etc. . .. But I did buy Honda oil and Honda coolant the same day I closed the deal on the PCX. Wanted to have it on ha...

Re: Do you use the foot wells?
FWIW I would not modify the foot wells on my machine.
That said I can understand your concern for more comfort.
There's supposed to be a new version of the Forza 300 coming to the U.S. later this year I think as a 2019. Maybe check into one of those and see how the ergonomics are?![Geek :geek:](./images/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif)

What else we need is a scooter that is not only comfortable, economical, and will handle the load, but also turns into a hamburger at the end of the ride!

Yup. . .the Super Cub and the Grom are just plain fun. Can't wait to see the new Forza when it hit's our shores though. Will definitely take a look at one at the local dealer when it's available. Hoping the ergonomics for both rider and passenger are good and comfortable for 6 footers and sub 300 po...

Re: Survived a B-25 strafing....
During WW2 my grandfather served in the RAF and worked on Mosquito engines. When I hear the word "Mosquito" in context with WWII I immediately get that image of that plane. It's like no other. Not even the P-38. Hell of time during the 30's and 40's. A lot of our parents had gone through ...

Did no one see the VW bus? WANT! Oh yeah. . .that Micro Bus. . .awesome. They had several versions. Actually got to drive one a friend of mine had (Westfalia Camper) through the hills of Virginia and the Skyline Drive. It was fun to drive because you were sitting right up to the windshield and the ...

Here's a link to the Museum of Aviation near Robins AFB, Robins Warner, Ga. It's a gallery page of the displays. If you want more info about a particular plane just click on the image.

Re: Survived a B-25 strafing....
Hard to imagine that 16 of them took off from an aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean. Of course, they had to strip everything out of it in order to carry the bombs and still be able to takeoff, but just seeing that would have been something! Seeing as how you have an interest in history vis...

Tubeless Tire Re-inflated Using Tourniquet Method
I found the "Tourniquet Method" to re-inflate a flat tubeless tire (for smaller tire sizes like garden equipment and scooters) to be quite useful today and my efforts resulted with success. :D Originally I was going to start some work on my KLR 650 but that got put off t'ill tomorrow. :rol...

FF? Full Face Helmet. . .. Well actually I wore my new modular HJC this time. For common errands I still use my ancient Shoei RFR. This time of year it can be like riding through sleet when the bugs and gnats are about. There are marsh areas near where I live. 8) 100_4373a.jpg I actually just took ...
