I can find 120/70/14 everywhere, I came across delitire.com and they have a 110/70/14 tire, only there's nothing to click on, maybe they are only wholesalers.

Actually, though the size you are looking for is larger than Honda's OEM, your suggested size will fit. I have a 120/80-14 on the front of mine. But I did note when I changed the front fended/mudguard, the tire had been occasionally rubbing the fender/mudguard. Sorry, but I don't have a source for ...
