I removed that plate too, but the noise was still there.... same here, removed the plate and found no difference with the noise. like you , I have 2016 PCX with 600 km in odometer, I can hear the clicking sound
as soon as I go over bumps or small holes...
I will ask my dealer about it , but I'm not sure he will give it too much
