I've never tried heated gloves. I might give it a go. Thing about the grips is they are there if you need them.

Re: PCX Essential upgrades video
Great video.
For me, with an older PCX, the three essentials would be..
Seat hump removal
Screen
Heated grips
Kick-start conversion

Glad you are OK.
Its not too bad in the great scheme of things. Will the police pursue the driver for driving without insurance?
It does seem to have provoked an outbreak of capitalisation.

Re: AdMore lights on a GiVi E55 Maxia
I know that this is the Forza site but on my PCX tailbox I added led lights that have now been installed for years without problems. However, when I originally purchased my Givi box I had also purchased their light kit. It connected by way of some kind of magnet once the box locked into place. It w...

I've always stayed away from aftermarket alarms as I've always had problems with them eventually.
Isn't a battery powed version better as there is no chance of it flattening the motorcycle battery?
Perhaps post an eBay link?

Thing is that if you were an accountant all your life you tend to make something up as it has to be more interesting.halluinoid wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 6:25 am I am beginning to wonder if some of these previous jobs are for real? anybody else willing to say what they used to do?

Re: Sloppy Oil Change
And there is always the oil pump option... I'm trying that next time, I recently got a siphon / pump 'cause I needed it for the snow blower. Does most of the 800ml come out You ? It seems to get what is in out. I removed the drain after using it once and nothing came out. You'll always get someone ...

Re: Clutch pad glazing
Somebody wrote this elsewhere: When you take off from a standing start, give it some juice. Do not crawl forward and increase speed slowly. This causes the glaze everyone is having to deal with. Works on both my PCX and Forza. This is true. Give it a good "Italian Tune-up" before any mecha...

Re: I Biffed It Today. Glad I Got That Out of the Way
sorry to hear about your pothole Calculon, I had the same but in my CAR last year, wrecked my rear shock absorbers, cost me a lot The bad thing about this whole deal is that the Forza is meant to run on REGULAR gas. Read your manual. RON 91 is the same as 87 (R+M)/2 which is what is on the pumps in...

Re: PCX horn replacement attempt
Mel46, is there a delay when you press the horn button and the sound comes out? I have my original horn still connected as well, so any delay will not be noticeable because both horns blow at the same time. I not only do NOT sense any delay, it scares the heck out of anyone near me when I push that...

Pop a bit of duct tape on the stand. The oil will run down that lovely. Pull it off when finished. Sorted.

Re: 2021 Honda PCX "160"
Like the rear disc, not so keen now on the front ABS as never had issues with the CBS and much easier and cheaper to maintain. What are the big differences in maintenance costs from? Just what I have read over the past year from people where the ABS plays up and needs dealer assistance (ok with war...
