I don't think installing a 50mm boss might be a good idea on my scooter. The crankshaft shaft does not allow it. I won't be able to put the starting crank gear on the shaft because the ramps on the shaft is very short. Might be wrong though.

Stock one is 47.5mm. I am using kitaco dlc boss it s also 47.5mm long. I think the shorter pulley boss is for top speed and lower rpm. If I want I can install a washer to see how it goes. Yuminashi boss is 46.5mm

Update with the variator. I did a test run. Turns out 12gram was too heavy and the engine runs into overdrive too soon with the stock torque spring.
