Re: PCX 125 2016 spare parts best shop
Hello, I have broken almost everyp lastic on my front. So - I would buy them online. Whats the cheapest place with shipping to Europe? PS, is this the headlight unit? Because I also found another shop where it costs well over 380€ (http://www.powerbypcx.com/en/genuine-parts-pcx-v3/154-headlight-uni...

Re: FIXED MY HARD STARTING PROBLEM!!!
Based on my calculations, if you follow the service manual and change oil, coolant frequently the pcx engine should last over 60000km without losing much power and compression. I have just rebuilt one pcx engine at 62k km and everything looks ok, not as good as new but you can get by. The pcx engin...

FIXED MY HARD STARTING PROBLEM!!!
Since I switched back to stock, my engine was running rich all over, power output was lower too, and the most annoying thing is difficulty to start after long periods of resting the scooter. :| I have tried almost everything, you name it. I bet you I had tried it. I literally changed everything from...

Re: Overheating and cutting out - from too much oil??
I'm willing to bet it's a leaking o ring from the water pump. If not it's the coolant being boiled and flowing from the radiator to the excess tank.
Really hope it's not an expensive repair

Re: Overheating and cutting out - from too much oil??
Oil overfill can kill an engine. Too much oil and the crankshaft will beat the oil up, making it thinner. Your problem is coolant related. On a cold engine, open the radiator cap and add coolant. Don't try to use the scooter anymore because you may overheat it to the point of warping the cylinder he...

Re: PCX125 gas mileage for larger riders
And yes synthetic oil does help you squeeze out some more mpg and smoothness. I use Honda oil, conventional btw, 10w30, Idemitsu makes it and I'm switching to a liqui moly full synthetic after finishing breaking in my engine.

Re: Fuel Controller - DynoJet Wideband 2...!!!!!
I was gone for 1 day and this very interesting thread came up. I have one simple suggestion. If you really want to smash that throttle body and feel the wind blowing your hair off your head, stroke the shit out of the original crankshaft. Then find out a way to install a carburetor on your bike. No ...

Re: Terrible Yuminashi customer service experience
I want to be fair all the way, so an update from today's status. The new customer service guy at Yuminashi seems like a keeper. Very good communication, no bullshit, promises delivered. My packet (at this point without the camshaft) is reported to be on the way, at least I've got a tracking number....

Re: Terrible Yuminashi customer service experience
Where do you guys get the crank and conrod to do 190cc? I thought Yuminashi had a crankshaft for 196cc in stock, they have problems with making them reliable, I talked to Reggy about that and I understand the problem, not an easy one to solve. Longer cranks is the fastest way to get more torque, ne...

Re: Bazzaz unit
One of the best carbies ever is the Keihin PE 28mm from Keihin Thailand, the one with a yellow idle knob.
You can put that on literally any bike between 100cc to 250cc 4 stroke and you can get by with some rough tuning.

Re: Bazzaz unit
You need the auto tune to be working properly too. IMHO, autotune is worth it. But I think tuning on a dyno is more precise. I have never been a fan of fuel injection for tuning. Sure it's very precise and advanced but only for the skilled and experienced, and rich. For the layman it's a nightmare. ...

Re: Bazzaz unit
Is anyone out there using the BAZZAZ unit on there HONDA PCX 150???? I'm getting ready to put on one on my scooter, just wounding if I can see your fuel map for it? A fuel map is very hard to obtain. And let me remind you that a fuel injection bike is very sensitive to temperature change, elevation...

Nothing BETTER is legal in California, you can't even effectively change the magazine on your AR (unless you are terrorist).
