Okay, it's still on and I rode with strapped it back briefly...
It sure is a lot pleasanter to ride with it in place!

They do the golf cart thing here too.Jge64 wrote:Yup, and actually the vette was an instrumental part of getting the PCX. Seemed stupid to fire up 465 hp to go run around the neighborhood to hang with friends and neighbors. Others had golf carts, the pcx was my answer!
Our PCXs are wayyyy better!

More reasons to love the PCX
I finally got around to filling it up for the first time and wow! Firstly, the PCX actually does have a 200 mile range for the kind of stop and go riding I do. Secondly, the gas inlet design is better, so the pump shut-off actually works and there is no danger of spraying myself with gasoline if I g...

Re: Headlight Upgrades
Does anyone have any experience of bonafide LED replacement bulbs? I don't know anyone who has used these in the UK, although I notice with interest that the latest model PCX for 2015 comes with proper LED bulbs, which look VERY bright when I've seen them on the road. This is of interest to me, as ...

I'm new and still loving the first 200 miles--I'll need to figure out how to refill the gas soon.

Ahh! You're talking about the black piece just below the windshield.
That's quite striking and sporty
...But not the direction I'll be taking my Girl PCX.

Re: how many km did you change your pcx engine oil?
The guidelines are just guidelines. If you run your engine hot, by running it often at high speeds or by riding when it's ridiculously hot out (that would be me), you'll want to be careful to keep to the schedule (at a minimum) And if you put the scooter up for the season or longer, you should do th...

Re: 2016 PCX Pics
That remote start thing would be darned convenient while using a lap blanket. As it is, if I fully lock the scooter with the blanket installed, it takes me 2 hands and several minutes to try to unlock the scooter (blind) and it looks like I'm trying to steal it. This leaves quite the cool impression...

Re: Any Old Honda Mechanics Here? (Rear Shock Compatability)
I'm no kind of expert, but I don't see anyone else answering. I think that the shocks for an old, much heavier Goldwing would have a poor range of spring response for a PCX, whether the dimensions are similar, or not. Most likely they would be way overdamped. If you'd like something beefier, I'd loo...

Says you
I was wrong about the OP vehicle competing with the BMW scooter.
Honda already has one for that, we just don't see it here in the US.
The Integra... And a review of it...

Actually, I've seen this before on multiple forums among users who like larger fonts.
That's why I tend to break up my larger sentences and put them on multiple lines.

Thank you guys!
I'm down with the flu and looking for classic old vehicles to google.
BTW, the husband has pointed out to me
that neither one of us needs to be riding a shifty
while dodging the local highly-distracted drivers.

I love those iridium shields myself,
but don't often get them because I tend to scratch them up quickly.

Look very pretty if your of a certain age.. But not as pretty as the originals, like the one restored here http://www.motorcycleclassics.com/classic-japanese-motorcycles/classic-honda-motorcycles/1977-honda-cb550k-zmwz15ndzhur.aspx Reminds me of the modern Vespas... Perhaps it would be no tragedy i...

Personally, I think they look a bit out of proportion because the engine is too big.
But that's probably a guy thing.
