I bought a Honda air filter for my 2014 Forza. Does it go in dry or is it supposed to be oiled?

The positioning of the lights looks like they would make the turn signals difficult to see for oncoming traffic.

Personally I would try to put them much lower.

Just did service check of the brake pads at 4k and have better than half life left in the pads.
