Some have apparently having problems with the rear caliper sticking and the pads subsequently wearing too quickly. Mine is fine.

The instructions are in the manual. You'll need an oil filter wrench and a 12mm socket/spanner. It's easy.

Yes, it should do.

Just picked up one of these from Lidl. It's not waterproof, but it won't drown behind the screen. I had a PX125 when I was at uni nearly 20 years ago (!). last year we had to giveu p a car so I got a Vision. I'll go back to a proper scoot one day, but for now just need reliability and simplicity.
