Re: HondaPCX150 2015 Model at higher speeds?
Hi Guys! Just wondering how well the 2015 model pcx150 does at high speeds (Approx 90kph+)? Does it stay fairly solid or does it blow around a little? I'm new to all this and don't plan on going that fast for a while, but it will happen at some point and I want to make sure the pcx150 is the right ...

Short-term storage of my PCX
So I'm going on vacation soon and my PCX will be idle for exactly 21 days. Back in my car-owning days, I'd just park it, lock it, and forget about it. Is there anything special that needs to be done for a PCX? Battery disconnection? Anything? Or can I just park it, lock it, and forget about it?

UPDATE: It got it's first scratch today
Someone clipped me in a parking lot. The scratch is barely noticeable, but it's there. I guess my bike isn't new any more.

Re: Do you use the 12v socket on your PCX?
But i've heard that the thai pcx has an alarm? Mine hasn't. Does anywone have an alarm on his pcx? I have a Thai PCX in Thailand. I have an alarm and the 12 volt DC outlet and all the bells and whistles. Out the door (including all taxes, registration and plate fees, and two years of compulsory ins...

Re: It got a little moist in Bangkok on Tuesday
The flooding, in and of itself, isn't too bad. It's the overflowing sewers that are killer. In 2011, I had to ride a Honda Wave through a foot of sewer water. Thought I was gonna die while praying to every god living, dead, or yet to be born that I would not lay the bike down. Ah, the fun of riding ...

Beats me. I didn't ask. I'm sure for as long as I financed it LOLBobS wrote:A question for you - for how many years of ownership will they sell this insurance to you? Most companies will only sell you first class insurance for the first five years on a new bike.

Wangsuda - if you do manage to purchase first class insurance for your PCX, please post the name of the company here. I bought the same bike in Chiang Mai a couple months ago, and was not able to find any company that offered first class insurance for small bikes. The only thing available for bikes...

Re: Hi from Thailand!
^Sweet! I got mine from a Honda dealer on Sukhumvit 77. They even threw in a free registration capsule! I managed to squeeze Tax Insurance and theft insurance but no discount. Annoying that I have to wait a few weeks for the plates . At night I have to ride the old Spacy , which is just not the sam...

Well, my new PCX is no longer new. The license plates came today, and the odometer cracked 100 km.

I'm in Bangkok and I've lived here for the last 11 years. The only upgrade that is possibly planned for the bike is heavier duty rear shocks. I'm a big guy! LOLjohnnytraveler wrote:Where in Thailand are you? Are you planning on doing any upgrades or mods to your bike?
Thank you all for the welcome!

Hi from Thailand!
Hello from the manufacturing home of the PCX! Just bought myself a 2015 PCX and am loving it! My bike is three weeks old and has a whopping 70 km on it! As soon as I get my plates, the kilometers will go up!
