Re: Costs of servicing Forza 300
I wouldn't be looking to sell straight away, the Integra is running better than ever after this recent service, but by the time it's next service is due, I now intend swap it out for a new bike. As much as I would like to get more hands on, I'm not particularly mechanically minded and often work 12h...

Costs of servicing Forza 300
Hi! I have a Honda Integra 750 and love it but, just had the 32k mile service done today and it was ridiculously expensive. Before this bike, I always had 125 scooters, and the servicing costs even in London UK were always around £150- £200 max. So I'm tempted to lose a bit of power and move 'down' ...

Re: Top speed?
Thanks for the tips, I think I'm happy with my decision now. I want to buy local so I can build up a relationship with the dealer (I bought my last 3 bikes from one dealer over the last 7 yrs and they knew me well and really looked after me - unfortunately they don't sell hondas so time to buy from ...

Re: Top speed?
So I spent the last few weeks trying to decide which bike to get and as going round and round and round in circles... hand on heart I would get a BMW 650 Sport but, including a top box the price would have been 11.5k #ridiculous so I then settled on a new Burgman 400, but, there are new EU4 regulati...

Re: Top speed?
Thanks for all the input everyone, really appreciate it. I as hoping for a bit more consistency on top speeds :-) But overall, I think I'm better going for something a bit bigger. I'm in London, UK, and the motorway trips would be to the other side of Birmingham, so a good 2-2.5hrs motorway riding. ...

Top speed?
Hi all, currently researching 300+cc bikes and was wondering what you all get for top speeds, as different reviews say different things :) I'm stepping up from a 125cc as my mom isn't so well and it takes a good 4hrs to go visit in the car (as opposed to the 2.5hrs Google Maps always assure me!) mai...

Re: Seeing more PCXs by the month, another black one in south
I've noticed a white pcx parks in the same motorcyle bay as me in Clifton Street in the city, nice looking bike with a Givi (?) windshield - belong to anyone on here?

Re: Thinking of selling the PCX..
Insurance for me is £250, and has been on every 125 scooter I've had - think this is a more or less standard price for over 25s (with a clear riding history). This is only for 3rd party, fire and theft tho, so I pay an extra premium for personal accident cover. I did my repeat CBT last yr, it was su...

Re: Seeing more PCXs by the month, another black one in south
I saw another white pcx in Crystal Palace last night, and one parked in Moorgate this lunchtime. Seems to be the most popular new bike I am seeing on the roads at the moment.

Re: Fuel economy
Thanks everyone - I dont mind the fact that I'd lose a few mph on the pcx than I have on my Vespa GT - I rarely get to go above 50 in London traffic anyway and my average speed on my daily commute is between 30-40 (pesky buses and cyclists getting in the way!).

Re: Fuel economy
I have a Vespa GT 125 at the moment. Great bike, but fuel economy isnt brilliant, and it also isnt the most nimble bike to squeeze through those smaller gaps in traffic. I like the look of the pcx, and the reported MPG is very attractive, plus the idle stop feature would be well used on my journey t...

Re: Seeing more PCXs by the month, another black one in south
In the last week, I have seen 5 different white PCXs on my journey home from Liverpool Street in the city, via London Bridge, Elephant and Castle, Brixton and Streatham (where I live). I really want one! I'm glad to see they're becoming so popular.
