Well, maybe the tape is not that good? Check the road signs. Those are reflective and you can see them from really far away.

Yeah, that may be an issue. Without muffs I would say that only electric gloves and grips could keep your hands warm.

Also I must say, that thick gloves and muffs are a bit too much in +10 Celsius.

Center stand. VERY rarely side one. PCX is light so parking it on center stand is easy and not an issue.

What are the exact types of your tires? Usually first two digits are a number of week in a year marked by second pair of digits. So, for example, 0114 means first week of 2014 as a production date. But 001X ??? Never heard of it. It doesn't hurt to change oil so frequently as long as it's appropriate oil of course. It only costs money (and time).
