Re: Coolant temperature indicator ?
Yes. I forgot.
So it should be possible to connect additional gauge to show temperature using value from the original temp sensor.
Hmm...

Re: Coolant temperature indicator ?
iceman , by indicator I mean a thermometer showing the temperature of the coolant liquid. Not just an overheating warning lamp. It would be nice to connect to existing temp sensor if it's somehow linear not only binary or to put another probe somewhere in the cooling system. Or perhaps replace orig...

Coolant temperature indicator ?
Hi,
Did anyone install a coolant temperature indicator?
I'd like to have one apart from the overheating lamp. Just to know if the temperature is too low or normal.
Oh, and a question: does PCX 125 have a thermostat ?

Re: Hello
Yes, gusts of wind are annoying. So far no snow or salt on the road. This is my first season on two wheels, remember. I can and probably will use a car when snowing or really bad conditions occur. Like - 20 Celsius. But I'll see, maybe it won't be that bad. After all "there is no bad weather, o...

Re: Hello
Curious about this product, seems like a decent solution. So you ride these with bare hands right? (...) You know... bare hands are not such a bad idea in terms of temperature. There is practically no wind inside the muffs. Only brake levers are cold ;) . I wouldn't dare to ride with bare hands but...

Re: reflective tape... now you see it
Well, maybe the tape is not that good? Check the road signs. Those are reflective and you can see them from really far away.
I ordered some reflective tape to put on my backpack as I'm riding with one.
I need to find BLACK reflective tape to put on my black scooter.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Re: Hello
Yeah, that may be an issue. Without muffs I would say that only electric gloves and grips could keep your hands warm.
Also I must say, that thick gloves and muffs are a bit too much in +10 Celsius.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Re: Hello
I ride with gloves. All the time. Just different gloves when it's warm and cold. I have two pairs. Very sensible purchase. In the morning the cold ones, in the afternoon - warm gloves (meaning the gloves I use WHEN it's warm :D ). So to answer your question I ride with 'cold' gloves inside muffs. Gl...

Center stand. VERY rarely side one. PCX is light so parking it on center stand is easy and not an issue.

Re: Hello
What are the exact types of your tires? Your weather conditions are similar whith mine, I am thinking on the replacement of the factory tires for the winter season, but didn't find Heidenau K66 in the PCX's official size (90/90 and 100/90). regards, Tamas No problem with the PCX size. I have 4-seas...

Re: Hello
So first 'winter' ride today. Temperatures like 0 to -2 Celsius in the morning. I got new jacket and additional neck warmer. And Tucano muffs . :) Pretty OK ride. Though if I would have to drive more than current 19 km I would get cold. Still no proper trousers and I must reconsider boot options . M...

Don't worry about wet. If you are just check air filter and replace it eventually.

Re: LOOK at My Truck Tires, They Look Like.....
Just check the other tires, maybe those are mounted differently and have DOT code visible.
dergav, I don't really care.

Re: LOOK at My Truck Tires, They Look Like.....
Usually first two digits are a number of week in a year marked by second pair of digits. So, for example, 0114 means first week of 2014 as a production date. But 001X ??? Never heard of it. Please check the other side of the tire, you should have DOT + 4 digits mark there. http://www.bobistheoilguy....

Re: Replacing the oil for fun!?
It doesn't hurt to change oil so frequently as long as it's appropriate oil of course. It only costs money (and time).
