Re: PCX150 - Vario150 Belt Swap
You're welcome. If you want it fast then get an impact driver plus 22mm & deep 19 mm socket wrench. I only use conventional strap wrench when I have to do it at night to avoid noise. A nylon cable tie is very helpful when installing back the driven (rear) pulley. It squeezes the belt so you have...

Re: PCX150 - Vario150 Belt Swap
Good luck, I hope this new belt would benefit older PCX. Took years before Honda finally implements this technology. I first saw cogged belt for snowmobile performance upgrade about four years ago. More flexible belt means less unwanted friction & heat thus longer life and less belt slippage. Do...

Then I'm the one who should order from you . I checked it again and... It's IDR 300-350.000/pcs or USD 23-27/pcs depends on the discount given by the merchants. Official price list: http://astra-honda.com/index.php/downlo ... /2178/235/waspmike wrote:$12.38 to be exact.

Re: PCX150 - Vario150 Belt Swap
I don't know, I don't own any PCX. I can't answer that for you. Anyone?
The price is relatively cheap, less than USD20 the last time I checked. Will do the research if it's needed

PCX150 - Vario150 Belt Swap
Hi Guys, I just replaced my rollers with DP sliders. In the process I took some pictures that might benefits older PCX150. Especially the cogged belt. The AHM [Astra Honda Motor] claim it to be more reliable and flexible in the long run while improving fuel economy [as per their press release in my ...

Re: The new "Budget" PCX150 in Asia
Clemence, Selemat pagi. Aba Kabar? If I lived in Bali :) I think the Vario 150 would be near perfect! Nothing better than island breezes cruising on a naked(nearly) scooter 8) Oh yeah I think the CBS system sucks too. :x Wot he said. PCX in Malaysia is 149cc. The 153 generally is for the USA where ...

Re: The new "Budget" PCX150 in Asia
Vario 150 comes in two versions but it's only cosmetic. Both version has the old CBS system which is great for us who don't really need it. We can disconnect the combi brake easily. Vario150 sales fight directly with Yamaha Nmax150 (closer to PCX150 by class but priced closer to Vario 150). I was tr...

The new "Budget" PCX150 in Asia
Guys, I just received my new Honda Vario 150. It shares the same base engine as PCX150 minus several features to cut the price down to almost half. But in reality this little brother is definitely more agile, faster, and perhaps has better fuel consumption due to it's lighter weight. 6ed49cb9b84af36...

Re: K&N Air filter Installation and Performance Analysis
At least you'll never have to buy a paper filter. ;) Nice review and test Maddie. I just sold my old Vario125 and bought a new Vario150 because the PCX is ridiculously overpriced here. Vario150 share the same engine as PCX150 but much lighter and with only half the price. ;) I just want to share ho...

Your engine is very similar to my Vario125. Check this out: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3189 Please read the whole posts especially page 1 & 2. Mill/File no more than 0,5-0,7mm. For touring use 15gr as your base weight and then adjust from there. My favourite is 18gr (better fuel...
