Thank you all for the responses and advice, unfortunately, I was too late in "jumping on it" and someone else rode away with it yesterday. Oh well, by the time another used one pops up in my area, I will probably have enough saved up to buy a brand new one! The search continues.

A 2013 Honda PCX150 with 7095 miles was just posted on Craigslist for $1500, trying to determine if I should jump on it or not? Is 7000 miles a lot for these scoots? What concerns should I have?
