Re: PGM-FI Controller for first generation PCX150 (KF12)
Yes that's why I left the clearances on the safer side, .1in and .2ex for the same reason of possibly minimal gain with tighter clearance but burned exhaust valve.. Re: PGM-FI Controller for first generation PCX150 (KF12)
All done!! Took me a while to assemble it and it didn't go as smooth as I liked. I changed oil, filled coolant but developed a leak at the plastic junction part that's screwed in to the head. Took it off and saw no o- ring! Can't believe I missed that earlier. Anyway I reused the old part ring and s...

So earlier I've reset my valve clearance to .1mm intake and .2mm to ex. Considering stock and takegawa cam are set at .1mm in and .24mm ex, what and how much diff ...

I would get a temp meter to read your engine temps. Koso makes one and sells on webike.
Just to be safe..you know!
Engine operating temp is between 87-90 degrees Celsius..

Although I'd be fitting that fan on the inside to draw air thru the radiator..only thing then is you couldn't see it working or when it fails...
I'd wire that up to the ignition contact and install a 5-20 second delay switch to reduce battery load on starting up.
