Re: Forza 35mm TB
This thread is pcx orienteded and its relevance. I gather that. Proud owner of 164 yuminashi pcx me self. Was just looking at parts microfiche for forza 125 the other day and noticed that throttle body. Was wondering how similar are the engines of pcx and forza 125. Cylinder has the same part numbe...

Re: Forza 35mm TB
I got 60mm dome high comp piston. It's just a play thing, no expectations at how it will work out. I'm sceptical at my fueling limitation if I introduce more air however I do have yuminashi fuel controller on stand by that will help me in that department..

Forza 35mm TB
I've placed an order for 35mm tb for my set up. It's cheap as chips on partzilla so I couldn't resist the temptation to give it a go.

Re: Yuminashi help!!!!
Ha thanks mate. I've been busy with work, don't really have much time anymore to play on scooter... To everyone who doesn't know, I bought a classic Vespa px200. It's very different to the Pcx. It's nowhere near as fast or comfortable as Pcx. It's nice to have both bikes there to alternate and get my...

Re: Yuminashi help!!!!
You must fill the coolant and bleed the system till all air bubbles get out. usually takes me 15min of squeezing bubbles by compressing top and bottom rad hoses with pliers while engine is running. if you don't get all the air out it will overheat....

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!
I like yuminashi 60mm cylinder because it has more meat between burning chamber and a water ports. It's less prone to have a failed Headgasket. I feel that 170cc or 61mm bore is too thin to take a chance. Besides power between the two is same.

MFR 2 variator from webike is the best bang for bucks. Awesome of the line, midrange and a decent top end speed increase...best to use with MFR outer face pulley as well (14 degree face) Unfortunately webike does not list the MFR pulley for PCX at the moment. :-( http://japan.webike.net/products/212...
