What is the scooter theft rate like there?

Saw my first Piaggio MP3 this weekend in Richmond. The rider was chipper and happy to talk intelligently about the pros and cons of ownership. The scoot was fitted with full touring bags and looked immaculate.

I'll probably not make any friends by being honest but; while the red muffler sets off the rear nicely, it also aesthetically shortens the bike.

Perhaps you unknowingly dropped a stone to impress your new handlers. At our zoo they like their charges trim. 6kg could account for the .5% increase.
I don't know that the engine would so quickly become looser...

The stock seat is mainly why I have not bought the 2013 PCX150. So I'm waiting for the 2015. Even though my dealer gave me a pretty good price on the 2013 of $2995 plus tax / tag.

And the motor is more efficient at RPMs above moderate.

I called two dealers in the state. Both said they will not even take orders for the 2015 PCX150 until "sometime in July".
