Re: disc lock alarm that came with pcx.
I was warned by fellow bikers that do not state you use a security chain even if Thatcher approved because if your bike is stolen when it is not fitted your insurance for theft may be invalid. I use one but do not have it on the insurance due to that fact. I have a cheap mobile GPS tracker fitted so...

As one that regularly visit China in the course of my work many will be surprised how much of your quality branded products are made in China. Most European manufacturers have tied plants in China. With 1.2 billion customers it makes sense.

Re: ESP and non ESP engine codes
I agree with gn 2 my pcx is a non esp first registered August 2012, model WW 125EX2A, VIN code MLHJF28A. Hope this helps, by the way it maybe worth doing a few checks before you do an engine exchange or at least take it to a dealer for a second opinion. If it was mine I would do some more investigat...

Re: Came off bike :(
I am trying to learn myself to in an emergency to grab the back brake harder and use the front as a top up. My belief it is better to lock up the back than the front that is also steering .....what are others thoughts. I understand the combo back brake lever operates both brakes. And in homage to ou...

Re: Optimum Garage Humidity

Both will be addressed over the Christmas maintenance slot. It was white the other day covered in salt. Apart from the rust mentioned th...

Re: Optimum Garage Humidity
There might be a point in leaving the door open, more likely to dry your bike. Logically if you put a wet bike in an enclosed space the water must either stay on the bike or air, unless you use a dehumidifier. I let mine dry naturally outside plus when it rains it washes the salt off. Plus I have th...
