Re: loss of power
i ran into a power loss on the 805 today heading back home. All of a sudden i'd be doing about 70-74 and then it would slowly bog down. I would let off the throttle and then everything would be fine. Happened two times today. NCY Variator, NCY Drive Face, 13g rollers, drilled out stock exhaust, cone...

Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
Remember to only list mods that may affect speed (gearing/variator changes, exhausts, windscreens, rider weight , cargo boxes, etc). Remember to list your current mileage too and list any pertinent details, like belt mileage. So the final setup is Ncy var & Ncy drive face with 13g rollers, bore...

Re: Post your Mods & Rev Limited Top Speed Here!!!
The 72mph top speed is to he Asian market 150 with 18g rollers instea of the American market version with 15g rollers for all of us fatties lol. Just like 102mpg is using idle stop which is not I talked on US market bikes. The rollers that came with my NCY Variator and face was 13g's. I then threw ...

Re: De-modded from NCY Variator to kinda stock...my thoughts
This was my first mod and it allowed me to run 73-75mph on flats and 77mph down hill. Very economical upgrade. Looks like you went with 12g rollers. Mine came in yesterday and installed the 15gram rollers. Performance has been lost due to the weight. When i get back home i'll swap over to the 12gra...

here not best pic but shows it well Back on subject... I installed some old low profile dirt bars on my Pcx last night for a laugh.
