The advantage in the UK is that you can ride them on a full car driving licence (no CBT needed), they are very stable and I believe you can take them on the motorway - which you cannot do on a CBT and not having passed 'the full licence' which costs anywhere up to and around £600 and needs to be tak...

Seeing that wet gravel, reminds me of one of my colleauges who just came off his Piaggio scooter whilst doing 10mph in the middle 'gravel' lane around cars!
