Got it. The Givi racks are not available yet in the U.S. and Honda was a back order here.
So, I got 4 m8 bolts, 4 one inch spacers, the shortest piece of aluminum angle stock and now have my Givi case mounted.
I found the information on the Shad case website. Thanks to anyone who was helping search.

Yes on Forza seat width. That was the first thing (after sitting on it) that I noticed. And I am an ex-Burgman owner, so yes it is like touring car with plenty of storage which is my one disappointment with the Forza.
