Re: PCX starter issues

I do not have the solution to this issue, but I wanted to tell you about something thst just happened to me. I just traded in my Burgman for a new pcx. I had it for 2 weeks and wanted to add some lights to the rear. When I took the rear cover off I found a mouse nest. The mouse was gone, but the wi...

Re: Know of Any TRUST worthy Honda dealerships?

...Inventory is so limited in these places... It'd be so nice to be able to compare fits all in ONE place and ONE visit. It's exhausting running around! Unless, of course, you are on a scooter! I am in the midst of a killer upgrade of an old (unused) 1GHz PC so I can edit videos, and have had...

Re: Forza 300 - FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Poke around for 'seat mods' for the Forza. Trevster did one for the same reason you mentioned, and picked up enough room that his issue went away. He paid about $60 to have an upholsterer rework the back-rest, and picked up some room. Worth a shot. Enjoy the ride! You're in great company on this for...

Re: Been a while...lot of "Life Changes"

Yea, life changes fast, and is short. Due to my 90 year old mother-in-law's inability to cope on her own, we moved her in with us, and spend weekends modifying our house (putting in another kitchen, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc) to accommodate her. I don't get to ride much at this point, and t...

In Search of Icebergs

You lucky guys in the western and southern tiers get to ride in such beautiful country on your bikes at this time of year. Winter here is still bouncing back and forth between mild and cold, but over the last 3 weeks I did get to take the Forza out two rides to some local lakes. Then weather closed ...

Boy, that looks like a box of 'high-speed blowouts". Sounds dangerous to the bikes behind you. :o

Re: New Owner, 2014 - AF1123 to be installed in a couple of

Welcome PA guy, Pa has some nice riding there. Lincoln hwy, Intercourse, etc. The BurgmanUSA group meets up there twice a year for their unofficial rally. Looking forward to your report/pictures of the adjustable windshield. Seems to be more functional than pretty on the Givi website, but they are ...

Re: Forza Review

So.... For cross country type of travel or even state to state, the Forza might might not be the appropriate machine? Correct. It is intended for use as a commuter with the capability for occasional longer trips. If you want to do long distances at sustained high speeds on a regular basis you need ...

Re: Forza Review

I wasn't happy with any bike at sustained 70+ until I went over 750cc. Even my 550cc inline 4's were not best at touring- too light. The 750 class was 518lbs+, and at that level of weight and power, seemed to cruise effortlessly at speed. I would be looking for that size again if I had to drive long...

Re: GOPRO for the Forza

I have only had the opportunity to ride the scoot one day since I last posted...yesterday. I put up the first edit of my prior ride on my Web (showing why Michigan is such a great place to ride in the winter), but it it short, crude, and I am learning a lot about how to create videos. Especially whe...

Go to the website http://www.tools4movies.com and buy DVD Catalyst. It allows you to convert any movie to fit any tablet, which means that you can select a size that is small but keep the clarity great. I use it all the time because I have 2 different size tablets. It is on sale now for a limited t...

Re: Engine Fumes

I live here in Los Angeles. Engine Fumes are killing me. I just got a new PCX150 and I my first day riding it in traffic was today. I can't stand the fumes. Is there a helmet that does a good job of getting rid of these fumes. I want a surgical mask or a painter's mask system and the helmet...but t...

Re: So long Pcx , welcome forza

I have a Burgman 400 and when I went to the dealer to look at and sit on a Forza, I was disappointed. Maybe it is because the 400 is really comfortable, or maybe it is because I thought the Forza was a little cramped, but my main complaint was that the seat was way too wide for my comfort, especial...
