someone ran into my on my 2015 so i am looking to buying another PCX , besides colors has anything been changed or upgraded or added or Torque / HP ? between the 2015 up to 2018

Now comes with an electronic key fob to start the bike or open the fuel cap, not sure of other changes.

No changes in the engine or drive train have been reported from the 2015 upgrade to the current model.

Nothing Earth shattering. Nothing that will stop you being ran into again. How far did you get before that happened?
If you do get another scooter check out the freely given flourescent clothing, youtube safety instructions and LED light posts to see if it might help .

what do you mean how far did i get ? fluorescent clothing and LED would not have helped , the guy reversed into me with a truck

Does have 2018' PCX 125 still nice mechanical odometer, or it has LCD panel like battery and hybrid PCX models?

2018 USA Model does not have electronic key fab nor the push to start. It does not have an electronic speedometer but it does have a digital dash with clock, mileage and fuel gauge.
I don't know much about the 2015 model but I just got the 2018 so let me know if you have any questions!
