I had a sneaking suspicion that there may be pegs on the badges but i took em off anyway. Id like to fill them with something and all my pea brain can come up with is spikes. I really dont want to do that, but i cant think of much else.

Ideas?

This may or may not be a solution. You may have to enlarge the hole a bit. You may not want to do that. The real answer is fill and repaint.
