120 rear tyre, fit or not?

My 2016 PCX has a puncture in rear tyre, got it fixed but now leak air fast and furious.
I am thinking replace a 100 width for front, 120 width for rear tyre.
Do they fit perfectly?

It will fit just fine. The problem is looking for size 120 for rear. Haven't seen one yet. Most 120 is for the front.
