Time For Tires

Post by Beachboy »

Almost 14k kms on the original tires on my 2015. Seeing some wear and time for tires. I live in Phuket Thailand. On the bike all the time in this beach town.

I was trying to find Michelins, that I'd read about here but can't find them. Haven't looked that hard. They would have to be shipped no one seems to have them close by.

One place responded with this:
We not provide this brand , if you looking for better Tires we propose IRC Premium bigger than original one and more soft.
Front 110/70/14 : 2.000 THB
Rear 120/70/14 : 2.200THB

The Price include Mounting

Does that sound like the way to go?

Nah too expensive. Besides irc is crap.

Michellin city or the Pirelli Diablo is quite easy to find in Bangkok. Not sure about Phuket.

You can order online here http://www.29tire.com/aboutus/

Tehn find any shop that can install them for you there.

Check the site, it'll give an idea of the price range.
Everything looks better from the inside of a motorcycle helmet...
