What pads are people using? OEM or what’s a decent aftermarket for this bike?

I use OEM. Metallic pads accelerate rotor wear - and for this application not required.
Re: the video - I would only add ...
I use NeverSeez on any brake shoe pivot points. Will not fling off and water resistant.
Also for rear brake adjustment cable
