You are wrong, a chisel was not used.
The centrestands on both my Thai built Honda scooters seized up due to shit design, shit materials and poor manufacture.
Only one of them tore a mounting loose from the crankcase so that's something.
No bearings in sight, not even a bush or the thinnest smear of grease during assembly, so force had to be used to get the pivot pin out once it inevitably seized up.
Even after lubrication it continued to seize up, the things are utter shite.
Maybe I should just have talked nicely to it and tried to persuade the pivot pin out by the power of verbal reasoning.
I'm old enough to remember a time when centre stands had proper bushes and grease nipples and took seconds to maintain and never, ever seized.
But what the fuck do I know, I'm just a twit and a whiner.

It takes a few minutes to take apart/lube a Forza's center stand pivot. Preferably BEFORE
it causes any problem, of course. Mine was nearly bone dry from the start (but then, so were
most of my past new bikes' ones, so ...)

I have lots of fun fixing my new bikes' inevitable little shortcomings - you won't hear me
ranting about them.
Btw, look at that cheap bolt holding your Suzuki's side stand...better lube that one before it
jams tight, isn't it.

The fastenings, parts and finish on my (made in Japan) Suzuki appear better quality than the Forza's.
Time will tell, but its looking pretty good thus far.
I don't buy bikes to fiddle with them, I buy them to ride.
I shouldn't have to take a brand new scooter apart to fix anything, it should be delivered ready for the road.
In my considered opinion formed from over six years and over 50,000 miles, Honda scooters are not delivered to UK customers fit for the intended purpose of year round utility transport.
You may have a different opinion and that's fine, but stop with the name calling, it adds nothing to any point you may be trying to make.

I began having my doubts about your rants while accidentally reading an european forum of yours.
Why exactly did they ban you, there?
