Different Service interval confusion!

So, I have been looking at a user manual in english which describes the service intervals for the pcx 150( attachment 1old).
Then, later i got my hands on a more recent version of the user manual which I assume is written in Thai ( which I do not understand). I have tried to get an English version, but no luck.
Any ways, the Thai version seems to have a bit different service interval in it. Which also matches the label under the seat of my PCX.
Can any one help me clarify which schedule (attachment 1 old or 2. newer) fits my PCX servicing.
Also it would be really helpful if anyone can translate or provide a link to the english version of at the attached (2newer) schedule.

I have a 2016 Blue/Black /smart key/ PCX150.
