when assembling the new gasket you must start the motorcycle for 5 to 10 minutes stopped in place to warm up the engine and open the thermostat, to picture the circuit. I usually do it like this: I fill the radiator with antifreeze, put the radiator cap on (be careful it cannot be the original cap which is 0.9 bar, it has to be 1.6 bar) I start the bike at idle, then I start accelerating around 30/40 Kh or so and I'm putting my hand on the down tube that comes to the radiator (be careful not to touch the exhaust tube) when the radiator tube starts to get hot turn off the engine. after about 30/40 minutes, open the radiator cap, refill the level as needed (almost always accurate), put antifreeze in the expansion vessel and good curves....
Thank you very much! I have done this before with the lid open, adding gas until air bubbles come out. Lid 1.6 bar.

you shouldn't do it with the lid open that works fine on big circuits not here on this one so small..

Thanks! I'll be taking the engine apart soon. We still have frost and snow, waiting for the heat.

How would you connect the H4 bulbs to the HS5 sockets?

you cut the plug before the socket you leave a little wire for if one day you want to assemble it again, and you have the connections there .. you pass a medium wire to each side and the same with the medium wires

I don't fancy cutting and splicing wires. Are the any kits around that'll convert HS5 to any other bulb type?

I'm only asking this as the LEDs you have installed are not road legal for the UK. My bike would fail its MOT.

Good Morning. a yuminashi 164cc version 2 kit was assembled. this kit is fitted to 2010 engines up to 2018 engines .. in the non-esp version it is necessary to open the engine casings. an injector is included, I already gave a brief description of what will come out of here.

Any idea what part or parts failed and caused the problem with your variator? Did one of the rollers come apart? Thanks!
