I can't get the "how to install the LED lights" to work either. I bought a set of bulbs like in the article, and plan on doing the mod when I install a set of YSS PD valves this weekend. Can you repost it with a different link?

I don't have that link but I did change my lights. As I understood it previously you are suppose to be reach up into the wheel well and wrestle the bulbs out.
Instead, I took the bike apart, which is what you have to do to get the the headlight assembly out. The advantage of that is that it also made it simple for me to add lights to the areas in the light assembly that don't have any in the U.S. model.

I installed the bulbs yesterday. I had found another article where someone had used a similar bulb by 3D printing a asset of adapter sockets. I bought some of them. I will find the article and post a link. You order them online from the printer, and they got here in a few days.

The sockets were designed for bulbs with an 18mm stem size, my lights are 19.28mm, so I had to dremel out the adapter. I ruined the first one by mounting it in my lathe and trying to turn it out. The plastic is not lathe friendly and tears. A dremel with a coarse sanding drum run at fastest speed works. It still does not cut clean, but the idea is to get the bulb in and have a usable socket. There is even a hole in the adapter for the tiny screw, you just have to grind a bit of a flat for it to reach.

I installed them without the rubber dust guards because they are fan cooled. To wire them in, I cut off the stock plugs leaving enough wire to reinstall them if I need to at a later date. They ARE whiter and brighter than the stock bulbs. How it will work will have to wait until tonight when I can ride between the rain bands from the tropical weather here. Pic of one of the bulbs ready to install.

I converted my headlights to HS5 bulbs, which I was given by one of the forum members. They really put out the light, and there are no modifications that I had to do in order to install them.
Where to find more?? I don't know. When I ran a Google search I got the below link, among others.

SMARTY...

These bulbs REALLY put light on the road at night, but I really like the fact that you can be seen during daylight rides.

I have no idea concerning that, but one interesting thing I found was that Honda actually has a part number for HS5 bulbs. They are for their bikes but I am not sure which ones.
34901-GGE-901

Using that part number I looked up the cost and they were WAY higher in cost than on aliexpress.com . ($25 each)
Like I said before, I changed to them and have had no problems at all.

The below site says they work on my 2013 PCX

If you mean this one, you are right. It didn't work for me either. Maybe it was pulled.

I do know that the HS5 bulbs work though. I also know that it is not easy to get to the headlight bulbs on the PCX. That is why I put accessory LED lights on my bike. Those were much easier to install.

If you don't mind taking your bike apart during the winter you could install HS5 bulbs then, or maybe even the other ones that are discussed.

For ur info guys all hs5 led bulbs are no longer made. My friend went to the Phillippines and said no longer available. I have texted several Chinese manufacturers and they are discontinued.

I would not be surprised about that. It is difficult enough to replace Automotive lights, but the LED versions are much harder, plus they last so much longer that as a manufacturer waiting for a call for a large volume sale it could bankrupt you.

I am sure that there are some third party Chinese manufacturers that could pick up the slack, if the need is high enough.

Aside from the LED version of the HS5, there are other versions of that bulb that will work quite well without all of the problems associated with their installation.

Here is a link on eBay for a HS5 bulb for a Piaggio, but it should be fine for a PCX as well.

...and someone else wrote this:
"0x9D is a stuck ink cartridge holder (carriage). Turn the printer off. Open the scanner to expose the carriage. When it moves to the left during post up stop it by pulling the power cable. Move the carriage it all the way to the left, close the scanner and then power it up. It should move freely now and work normally.".

For those who want to change their bulbs out, the default bulb for the PCX IS the HS5. However, the difference between the factory ones and what I installed is that the factory ones have a painted tip, which would cause the beam to defuse. I bought HS5 bulbs that do NOT have the painted tip and the light is so much better...like night and day.
