How-To: Convert 2013 to LED superbright headlight

The LED ones are quoted as 50W or 80W. Is that the power consumption or the halogen equivalent? I would expect a 30W halogen to put out about as much light as a 10-15W LED. I've had issues with past bikes burning out ignition switches because power to the headlights went through the ignition switch. Thus I thought a 20W LED would give me more light for less power. I'd expect an 80W LED to give me as much light as a 150W halogen - more than I need.

hi. on my pcx of 2010 I used led h4 lo / hi at 2 headlights, 6500k, 8000lms, 36wts, I have a very beautiful and strong light compared to the originals, could give light farther (farther from the bike)

How did you adapt the connector?I believe that the non-life version of the PCX has HS5 bulbs. I am interested in converting mine. I already swapped the original bulbs for better quality ones with better light output, but led headlights would be much better.

hi. I bought the lamps in h4, in this type of lamp, the plate that makes (h4, h7) is screwed, just remove it, you can see in photo number 2, ie mounted without the plate,.

how did you prevent the h4 bulb from falling out.
