Remove the plastics and weld angle iron to the frame.

Then tell us what top speed you get on the centre stand. In reality that's always zero but hey ho, idle hands.

heh...

Bluetooth helmet. Best option, or a sena headset or such like that turns your helmet into a bluetooth helmet, or earbuds, or wired speakers stuck up inside. Run the tunes off your cellphone.

Adding a stereo to a scooter like the PCX just isn't really practical.

I tried external speakers but you lose the sound at speeds above 30 mph, no matter how good your speaker unless you add a big amp and subwoofer. I had a friend who took up all of his underneath storage with a big amp and subwoofer and he installed a Bozeman speaker where the tailbox would go. You could hear him coming and going but he had to add another battery because of the current draw. He liked to lead the parade, but it made his bike impractical for carrying anything. Besides that, there is the fact that not everyone has the same taste in music.
Stick with a headset of some sort so that you can hear your music but won't disturb others.

I have my tunes in a 3 way set up
1. Wired ear plugs/phones plug -in
2. Bluetooth ear plugs/phones inside padded helmet spks
3. Bluetooth cube speaker
All options available depending on the situation..On the open road I use the speaker , when in residential I use the earbuds either blue tooth or the plug in type. The most comfortable is the cube speaker, and I use ear plugs when I ride and still can hear it very nicely. The sound is pushed too my ears through the tall windshield. I mounted my XM radio in the luggage compartment.. All options work great..See attached

Helmet speakers and an iPod shuffle. That's fine for me.

I don't like it too loud anyway as I want to hear the traffic as well. It's just background noise really.
