a poem... by Homie

The bullets fly,
Obama denies,
Gun bans arise and
comfort dogs arrive.

How many times do we have to watch this play out? Unfortunately forever. This is perpetual motion IMO and the one many of us have been watching for. The beginning of a long slow escalation with no way to remove the catalyst. People are on their intended missions and the sooner we admit it (surprise nothing changes) except who will hold the offices. And the funny part is it really doesn't matter. Holy wars never end and the difference is this one has moved beyond its typical boundaries thanks to another prophecy... instant world wide communications and social media. I no longer care who is President of the USA but I'm only handing over my weapons to Jesus... bring it!

Just a poem with a footnote... like I say it no longer matters your political affiliation and all of you people are my friends regardless. We have a higher enemy and he's winning... for a time 8)

Wasn't it Eisenhower who warned against getting tangled up in a war in the Middle East? He knew whereof he spoke. For the first eight years of this century we were led--do lemmings need leaders?--by stupid people. That 8 years set us back how many decades?

A higher enemy? You don't mean "The Devil", do you? If so, then I gotta tell you, the Devil don't fret me none at all. What scares me is all those folks who thinks they knows where he is!

I prefer to call it progress because to deny our destiny and roll is really wearing a shroud if you know what I mean.. and you don't I can tell  But you are my buddy and I will keep you close if its all the same to you.

Eisenhower warned of the growth of the military-industrial complex. An interesting subject.

I'll refrain from any current political commentary, but history is history. Often men have arisen promising all sorts of things to their followers. Rarely have such promises led to a positive result.

The only politician I can think of who kept even one of his promises was Churchill when he told the British people that "all I have to offer are blood, sweat, and tears".

Murica is a joke to the rest of the world :-) Especially the upcoming election.
Obama will be the last ''elected'' president, you heard it here first.

A guy at a gas station in America got beat up for wearing a Triumph shirt. Tri-umphphphphphzzzzt.
This is funny and depressing at the same time.

Because Spain has never had bad leaders...last I knew Spain didn't even have an economy. ;)

That was meant as humor, to illustrate a point. Insulting other people's countries is counterproductive. Let's not.

The economy will always be bad, I suppose you know what a ponzi scheme is :-)
And i only live in Spain for the advantages i can get, I'm not from Spain originally.

EDIT: I'm an anarcho capitalist, so goverments and bad leaders are pretty much irrelevant to me.
So are countries and borders. Goverments has always been counterproductive. You are right.
