Did anyone make a comparison between all the variators sold in the aftermarket? Like comparing the J.Costa x Kitaco x Malossi x stock...

And what about using these variators with stock sliders and Dr Pulleys one...?

No -- no scientific comparison has been made, which is part of why many members are a bit rude towards performance-oriented folks. It's easy to throw on $600 of parts and see a difference, but it takes a lot more work to get into the nitty gritty of it and determine actually WHAT makes a difference. PCXdemon is the closest to actually doing performance analysis for many different parts, reporting on what changed performance and how. From his research, the JCosta doesn't do much, but the Kitaco or DR Pulleys made a difference. His thread is here: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=796
