Now this is Different! It's now Electric

You know I vaguely remember this "Look" of a scooter. Maybe in the 60's? I know, it reminds me of a tin peddler car me kid neighbor had.
It's goofy, I think I like it. Meep Meep :D

That styling is typical of 1950s European scooters that were trying to compete with Vespa and Lambretta. i don't really have much else to offer on the subject.

That is the strangest scooter I have ever seen! I don't like the fact that it has one big headlight. I am sure that it won't be as effective as the two light setup the overnight bikes have. It also has not windshield or backrest, and how could you put a tailbox on it?? Besides that, it looks awful cramped. It couldn't be that comfortable. Your knees would be against the dashboard.

Oh dear, early this morn @ 1am I posted this New Thread for the Cezeta 506 "Electric" (the key word: Electric!)

Well...."Shame, Shame, Shame".... shame on me!
At that hour, (I thought) I payed enough attention in placing this New Cezeta Electric under my existing thread titled: "It's Electric!"
Well Dangit, I didn't! My eyes must've been crossed and brain clouded.
Excuse my error Pa-Leeze

** Come my birthday, add a few more candles :D (Understood) ;)

Cool!
The old ones looked like that too. Sort of a jet engine-looking scooter.

According to the Wikipedia...
The Čezeta was originally a motor scooter manufactured from 1957 to 1964 in what was then Czechoslovakia, (now the Czech Republic), by the Česká Zbrojovka Strakonice (ČZ) company, which manufactured motorcycles from 1935 to 1997. Production resumed in 2013 with the introduction of a new hand-built electric version Type 506.
...

In 2012, a new prototype Čezeta type 506 was made in Prague by British expat Neil Eamonn Smith. This new scooter uses electric power in a rear 8kW hub motor and is powered by a large bank of lithium-ion cells to make a high-performance touring scooter capable of travelling up to 150km. At the start of 2013 Mr Smith established a new Czech company for the project (Čezeta motors s.r.o.), and the Čezeta logo and trademarks were licensed to this company (including a 3D trademark of the distinctive body shape). Development of the new type 506 started in June 2013, nearly exactly 50 years after production of the petrol versions had stopped.

Preorders for the type 506 began in November 2015 and it is planned that the first production bikes will be delivered in Autumn 2016.

Why does CZ sound a bit like seized...?

The leccy job looks a bit like an old Peugeot S57 but the lamp on the front allows the front rack to be loaded high after dark.

It still looks like you have to lean over the handlebars to control it. The old version had a rear that looked like a Vespa, but the front was still too close to the rider. I just can't imagine doing an emergency evasive maneuver at a higher speed than 10 mph.
